What you need:
1 lb ground lamb
1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs
2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
2 tsp fresh mint chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakes (optional)
1-2 tsp olive oil (if you make it in a skillet and not on the grill)
Burger buns, pita bread, tomatoes, lettuce, feta cheese or whatever you would like to eat with this delicious patty.
How to do:
1. Preheat your grill or skillet
2. In a bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.
3. Form the lamb mixture in 4 equal patties. Grill your burgers to
your desired doneness.
4-5 minutes per each side for medium-rare.
